Unfortuantely, you must have the Microsoft Product Key in order to use and install the software. If you have lost it, you might be able to contact Microsoft or the organization you recieved the software and see if they can help. The Certificate of Authentication and Product Key are there to help fight pirated and illegal software. I hope you can use the product soon!
