As a man, I can tell you that we're blessed with two heads, but only enough blood supply to work one at a time. They're visualizing you doing that naked and thinking of all the nasty things that can be done when a partner is that flexible.

Because the ability to spread one's legs very widely (or really any indication of extreme flexibility) is said to be very beneficial in sexual matters. And really, that's mostly true, though it can lead to some funny injuries the next day if you over-extend yourself!
