God gave me a spirit of power not of fear. So you are really wasting all of our time with your lame threats and blasphemist comments. I love you God loves you and I do forgive you, not because you asked me too but so I don't harbor angry thoughts and resentments.

Nobody is threatening Christians. Their superstitions get them into enough trouble without help.

I think what all of you fail to realize is that Christianity and Islam are movements. Is there a threat to Christianity and is it scary, you better believe there is and yes it is scary. Islam is knocking on the door of every country at an alarming rate and Christianity is back peddling. Why, people not not want to live the christian way, now when I say that you must understand it has nothing to do with God or Jesus. It has everything to do with the way the christian leaders are leading not just the flock but imposing the movement on those that choose not to live the christian way. The Christian leaders want all of us to accept there values not necessarily there God. In other words stay out of our way raise your children as we do, bring them to church and let them choose and the choice is with us or against us. The christian movement is way beyond the scope of just believing in Jesus, that's just an extra. Now the Islam works the same way, just with a twist.
So christian and None Christians the issues at hand is all about power, living values, systems, because religions are cults. Believing in a god to live life is not necessary and it ok if you do, but promises that can not come true are empty. Is religion the only living system that make since. With all the super smart people in the world this is the best we can do.

Remember that the Apostle Paul was zealous religiously when he persecuted Christians, and he was sincere. Look what happened to him. Does it really matter what they say, or for what motives they say things? If it wasn't for God, these people wouldn't attack Christians at all. Remind yourself of who the real target is, and remember that we all were critical of those who stood for God at one time. And those who don't stand well for God...well they're used as excuses, as are those who claim to stand for God, but don't. There are always reasons for either doing things or not doing them, but in the end we're all responsible for our own choices. God has no prejudice - He accepts all equally, and all have offended Him. We were once the same as those who criticize us.

Do christians really believe there threats against rational people are scarey?

I think I'm going to burst out laughing at the next moronic Fundie Xian who tells me I'm going to burn in hell for all eternity (In the name of God's love, of course...) for using my brain and not believing the children bibble stories anymore. The fact is there is no "God" and no hell to burn in. So stop being condescending to those who see the truth, and don't believe in your fairy tales.

I am not a Christian, but I was wondering about this myself - what is some guy going to do that doesn't have a clue where you live? Seems kind of pointless to make threats that can't possibly be carried out. Its harrassment, pure and simple - report it.

In Pakistan, a local christian went to a church for prayer. The British-born white Father of the church called security and kicked that local christian out. Why? Because that christian had a grown beard. That christian had always had a beard and was a regular-church goer. Father just didn't know it and thought he was a Muslim (terrorist).

I'm not so forgiving anymore, and I keep a gun handy. So if you threaten me, you could just be buying yourself a world of hurt and misery.

And it really pisses me off when ANY person is made to feel uncomfortable about their beliefs.

Times are going to get tougher, and anyone who fails to plan for the future plans now to fail. No matter what your religion is.

I think its kinda funny really, I mean if no one becomes a christian because of threats and name calling or accusing them of stupidity or insanity, why would atheists think it works on Christians? ESPECIALLY online? LOL I mean I wouldnt change my faith if someone had a gun to my head, think Im going to because they shout misspelled insults and death threats?

Rather humorous

True. The little cowardly worms think that Christians are an easy mark, but they don't do it, with muslims because they're scared.

Hey, you know what? "You don't bother me, I don't bother you."
That's a motto to live by.
The problem is, of course, that most Christians simply can't resist bothering other people--preaching, converting, soapboxing, knocking on my damn door with Watchtower pamphlets, trying to get EVOLUTION not to be taught in schools...

So you can see why we non-religious, non-Christians are upset with you--you just won't leave us the hell alone!
