I was looking for the question under "Additional Details" implied by the 'this' in the original question. Is the question, "Is this a stupid question?" really THE question your are asking if it is a stupid question? Well yes!! And contrary to popular opinion, there ARE stupid questions,especially when the question doesn't ask a question to which it wants to find out if it is a stupid question. I hope you understand the answer.

Well they say the only stupid Q is the one that goes unasked. I would say a stupid Q though is one that already assumes the answer after before being asked.
