Bleach that gives me a sore throat every time!

Alcohol is a good antispetic gargling with a good strong spirit like vodka works good also numbs the pain a little. If you drink enough you'll forget about it all together.

Also honey lemon whiskey and hot water can help. Crush in a pain killing tablet if you have any gargle and swallow.

Take a mild pain reliever/fever reducer and gargle with warm salt water. You need to work the inside also because you have the first sign of a cold or flu. Or try Dayquil Tablets.

I always gargle with equal parts of peroxide and water every few hours. By the next day, it's usually gone. Fresh garlic is also a natural antibiotic. Put it in everything you eat for the next day or two and it'll cure what ails ya!!
