I have heard that smoking is a dangerous was to de-stress. I know there are otherways to de-stress but I don't know what some of the cheaper ways are. What are some of the alternate ways to de-stress? Preferably under 20 dollars.

Theres lots of other ways. I do smoke, and yes, it is dangerous and costly. Just find something you like doing. Find something to take your mind off of whatever it is that is causing you stress. Some things i do are: jog, play guitar, hang out with friends, and just try my hardest to have a good time. I don't know if these will work for you, because everyone is different. Phsyical activity is one of the best ways to deal with it. So is finding a hobby you're interested in. Hope these help you, good luck, and happy holidays.
