Also, it calls for a 9" springform pan and mine is a 10". Do I need to adjust the baking time? Current time called for is 55-60 min at 350. HELP!!!

The pan doesn't really matter but it will cook a tad faster. At say 48 min. test it with a toothpick if it is cake like. If not just look at the edges. As far as the eggs just use 3 as a bit more egg is not usually going to be an issue.

Cook it for 50 minutes and then check it. You can always add time but you can't take it back. Use about 21/2 eggs. You would use 3 small eggs. Hope it's good.

use 4 eggs, and no don't adjust the pan

you just do the same use 2 eggs and the same pan you have it doesnt matter if you just change it a little

Two med eggs are fine. Your pan is also fine. Everything should come out o.k.
