I realize that someone has posed this question before, but the thing is, I have a fairly muscular build anyway. I just want to get rid of a little bit of body fat, even if I do lose a little muscle mass. I have eliminated refined sugar and fried foods from my diet, and I eat lots of fruit and vegetables. Any help would be DEEPLY appreciated!!!

Cardio training will only burn calories up to three hours after your workout.

Incorporate resistance training into your regime so that you can keep your lean body mass and burn calories efficiently.

Cardio = burn of 3-4 hours after
Muscle = burn up to 3 days after.

Lean muscle mass is the most efficient and is the body's fat burning furnace.

Well if you start cardio, you should continue it. Besides, after a month, your body gets into a routine. You'll feel good exercising--but if you just stop, you may feel crappy. Exercise is great for your body and heart, so you should continue to do it anyway.

Yes, doing this cardio in conjunction with resistance training will more rapidly allow you to oxidise body fat...

Also, if you can try not to eat to much salt. Salt/sodium retains fluid in your body.
