It started with being hot...and then cold...then i took my temperature and it was 100.4 degrees. I had lost my appetite, and didn't eat for the next two days. Then, i got really hungry, and my family had gotten pizza, so i ate about half of a large pizza. Now i have diarrhea...do i only have that because of the greasy pizza? i'm hungry again...but i'm afraid to eat because of the diarrhea...if i eat something that's not greasy will it not come back? also, how can i get rid of this diarrhea?

First of all a Fever isn't bad, it's actually your body attacking the cold or virus. Your body gets real hot and boils up those nasty pathogens, but if it's unbearable put a cold towel on your head or eat some ice cream. As for the diarrhea, drink plenty of fluids, eat, but eat regular small meals (don't eat one big meal the whole day), eat some fiber (a banana or other fruit is great for the old bubblies)

When you don't eat for 2 days and then eat a greasy pizza that could be a problem for you empty stomach .You need to start with clear liquids the first day and soft bland food the second day if you tolerate this without any stomach upset you can gradually go back to you regular diet.

I am sorry about your sickness! )=
Anyway, pizza is not a very hard food, so it doesn't take much form when passed out of the body. And if you haven't really eaten in a few days, there is nothing else to harden your stool. So try to eat a lot of crunchy foods, like crackers, carrots, or anything natural. If it persists, call a doctor, or try Pepto Bismol.

if you know a nurse who can administer them, get IV drips and sue them for a day while you eat nothing to flush you of the diarrhoea and abdominal irritation.

otherwise to get rid of the chills sponge down when you are hot,get under sweaters and a blanket when cold drink lotds of fluids and have alot of bed rest. in the meantime take some analgesics/painkillers and you shoulld be fine betweeen 48 and 72 hours max!

try taking tums or peptobizmol. they taste like chalk but they really work with stomach problems. you should also drink alot of water, you may be partialy dehidrated. dont eat heavy foods, stick with things that are easily digested, like saltines. hope you feel better!
