Best way is to exercise every day and eat right. Now, I am not sure how tall you are, so I don't know if 130.2 is close to your ideal body weight or not, but it sounds like a pretty good weight.
Exercise: 30-60 minutes a day of walking, jogging, running, biking, etc. Any cardio is great.
Diet: 5 to 9 servings of fruits and vegetables per day.
20% of total calories from fat--DO NOT eat saturated fats and trans fats if possible, they are worse for your health.
60% carbohydrates--eat complex carbs, and lots of fiber to fill you up.
20% proten--LEAN proteins, white meat chicken, turkey, etc.
1500 calories per day would probably be good to lose around 5 or so lbs in 2 weeks, but don't overdo it. Check your BMI
(weight in lbs) divided by (height x height in inches) times 704. If it is between 18.5 and 24.9, you are healthy. If it's below 18.5, you're underweight, and if it's above 25 , you're overweight.

Green tea is really good for helping lose weight and boost metabolism. You can take green tea supplements instead of drinking it. Excersize everyday and stay on a strict diet until then. Drink plenty of water, no pop. And don't eat lots of sugar. I'm sure you'll look pretty good in your bathing suit. Have fun on your trip!

Drink lots of water. Try not to eat much salt, salt/sodium retains fluids in your body. Eat lots of small meals, do skip in the morning, if you can jog in place or do something active for a few minutes in the morning to get you metabolism up. You will burn more calories this way. DON'T EAT BEFORE BED! This is when you metabolism slows down and the least amount of calories are being used. Hope this helps!

If your boyfriend says you look killer then just take his word for it! If you insist on losing a bunch of weight fast, try Atkins, but beware, if you even so much as SMELL a piece of bread you'll gain it all back (okay, it's a bit of an exaggeration... only a bit)

ok..i know this may sound nasty..but wrap you're body up in garabage bags and jog in place..until you're dripping in sweat...i lost 5 lbs in 2 days from that...goodluck
