I hold Development Classes in Liverpool at The Everton Brown Clinic and they are very successful.
The best way to bring forward spiritual development is to be as relaxed as you can be.
Close your eyes and just look at what you see;if you just see darkness and everything is black then just look at that and dont try to concentrate, for the mind needs to be quiet and still and trying too hard through concentration will work against you and what you are trying to achieve.
Dont try to make anything happen, just look at what ever comes into view and observe.
Remember that development is brought about by our heavenly hosts, so a lot more goes on behind the scenes.
Relax and be still and all will be ok...
Eventually you will begin to see colours and then objects and these are the signs of Psychic/spiritual devlopment taking place.

In the stillness of the mind you will develop.......

It doesnt have to take too much time. Sometimes God doesnt fully encounter us until we are really hungry for more of Him. We tune our Spirits towards Him by being in His presence. Worshipping Him being in communion with Him. The Longer you stay in His presence the better your Spirit will be tuned to Him

Manmade semi-Christian churches will never allow to you find the fullness of Christian truth, or the full depth of Christian spirituality. Why not try the Church to which the Holy Spirit came at Pentecost, the Catholic Church. This is the only Church to which the wonderful promises of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ were given, the only Church founded by Him personally, and the only Church He ever authorized. I know there are all kind of bizarre accusations leveled against Christ's Holy Church, but hopefully you are not one who believes unfounded nonsense. Go and see for yourself. If you find anything less than the fullness of Christian truth and spiritual fullness, no-one will try to prevent you from leaving. You owe it to yourself to give yourself the opportunity to see for yourself whether the Church Christ founded for all mankind is everything it claims to be.

God told us that the Holy Spirit would guide us in all truth. I would encourage you to follow and study the ways of Jesus. As you do the Holy Spirit will guide you in all things, including the thing you are asking about.

Keep seeking!

I am sorry to here that! I am also sorry that the only spirit you are likely to get will be one you do not want. Why don't you try studying you KJV, and see if you have better results. I bet you do!

Maybe spiritulist churches are a bunch of crap! I would chuck that sort of thing out the window. I hardly ever go to church, but Anglican may offer something for you. Not too many nutters, things to do, Ideas to think on...

Quit. Start going to the Pub, more spirits there and you will get better advice and friendship. Plus you'll enjoy yourself too.
