I have an .iso file with my Windows XP on it. It is too big to write to CD. Can I burn it to USB and install it from there? Will I have any problems? Any suggestions? Thanks!

It shouldn't be to large to write to a cd. If it is an .iso file it must have been created from a cd unless it was downloaded using a filesharing program. Some computers support booting from usb devices but in your case you will have a hard time getting windows xp to install from it.

ok here is what you do....
you will need a cd burner to burn the .iso file to a blank cd
you will need a burner program that writs ISO files
if you have not got one then go here.
http://www.burnworld.com/burnoncddvd/and download it and install it.

Copy the iso file to a folder on your hard drive
start the cd dvd burning program
go to expert mode and pick burn file iso then pick your cd burner, then brows to the folder you have copied the iso file to... open the folder and click on the .iso file then click on burn

i'm unsure there is a thank you to place in XP on pendrive in any respect. it relatively is why Linux is your organic selection. in case you haven't any longer have been given any alternatives, than it relies upon on your point of know-how. (ok,X)Ubuntu are for starters, Debian is extra reliable, etc. Majority of Linux distributions have a torrent customer in the default gadget image.
