i run the water as hot as i can put a washcloth under it and hold it there (if you dont like how hot it is run a little cold water but not too much it needs to be hot) adn the put rubbing alcohol on another washcloth adn put that on the pimple and put more hot water on it and pop it with a needle TADA Gone that mark will heal within a day! Good Luck!!

Wash your face a lot and keep it cleaned. Drink lots of water this gets rid of toxins in the body and finally, try tooth paste on them over night trust me it works! As the toothpaste drys them up.
