I have quit smoking long time back....it is injurious to health

smoking..directly is 'NIL '!But,indirect smoking ..may be higher than ..some 5 to 10 cigars per day..as i live at place,which is very good city but..unfortunately..air-pollusion problem is still ,Little-bit,risky at many places..& for..work & R/A city..i do smoke..in my breathing air..!!even..it is being smoking,if ur nearby ..smoke the ciggar.[it is very dengerious..but..i can't stop it! ]
