I Know the part of turning it into a slide but what would a females blood type look like and a males blood look like.

Generally, you cannot tell the gender by looking at blood through a microscope. Unless its powerful enough to see the cells at the chromosome level. If you can you can tell the difference if you can see X and Y patterns

as blood of all humans is same irrespective of the gender or sex....BUT ....for gross studies from the blood we can determine the sex by 2 ways -

1.by analysing the WBCs of the blood ..as WBCs contain 20-25% the presence of that extra X chromosome present in human females present along or a side of nucleus as highly coiled heterochromatic mass which becomes active during meiotic prophase.

2.karyotype study of that blood sample .here DNA frome the WBCs is studied and karyotype of chromosomes is made....if karyotype shows 44+xx then its female nd if shows 44+xy then its male.

There is no difference in male and female blood types.
However, if you were to examine the DNA of the blood cells, female blood would be consisted of XX chromosomes and male blood would consist of XY chromosomes.
