Ok, start feeling right, because telling your neighbor will know that his dogs are doing their business in your yard is the only way he's going to know you don't want this to continue. If after you tell him he continues to let his dogs go in your yard and doesn't clean it up, start removing the poop from your yard and putting it in his. You can do this using a shovel or plastic bags. Try to get video or pictures of his dogs doing their business in your yard also or he will say it's not his dogs and you can produce the pictures or video and say oh yes it is. It's always good to have proof on hand in circumstances like this.

Firstly, if you must ask this question I feel very very sorry for your dog......you should know that you should be walking your dog at least 1-5 miles a day depending on it's size. You can immediately start by not allow him in the yard for a week, taking him instead on his daily walks that he should be having anyhow. If you go out the front door, and keep walking with him and gently train him, then he will eventually not poop in the yard. Getting angry at a dog doesn't help either.....you should never get angry at a dog, not to say that you are, but if you are actually willing to CHAIN a dog outside then it seems you would be capable of getting angry at it....because chaining a dog anywhere is absolutely disgusting and should be illegal. Be gentle with your dog, take the time to train and love him.... He will only know the way if you show him, otherwise, he'll just act out against you because you just don't know how to treat him. Love on your dog, for he is a living, breathing being that desperately needs love just like a three year old boy....because that's what most dogs are....little 3 yr old human beings all wrapped up in fur. good luck and be well, Jack

I've not seen a dog that was trained to only poop in one section of the yard. Be glad that it's in the yard and not the house.
You might consider using a dog run, where there is a cable, and the dog is chained to that, but able to run in a much larger area. It's better than chaining him to a static location. That would confine the dog to a smaller, but still significant area.
Some people use kennels, or a sectioned off part of the yard.
Even cats, when outside will poo in many different spots; they just choose better spots than dogs. The best thing you can do, if you dont' restrict the places the dog can get to, is to have a "poo patrol" more often.

A dog need at least 3 walks a day! 1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon for at least 1hour and then again before bedtime. Do you keep him in the yard all day? Dont ever let him out to meet friends? Remember the only action he gets is what you allow him to have... He is only here for 10-15 years, every time you leave him he is sad, do stuff with him, dont just leave him tied up and dont blame him for crapping where he is confined to....

This is a dog we're talking about, an animal that goes when it has to, where ever it can. Either confine him to one area of the yard, or get used to it. When you're a dog owner, cleaning up poop in your yard just comes with the territory.

Move his poop to one area, then take him out to go ONLY on a leash. Give him his go potty command, and then praise after he's used that spot. You will have to take him out to the spot on a leash for quite a while, he will soon learn. also make sure you bring treats, so he gets a treat if he goes where you want him to. Make sure you use a firm NO if he goes somewhere else, then make him watch you pick up the mess and take it to the correct area, then tell him his go potty command agin to let him know that's where he should have done it.

I've not tried this yet, but I will be soon, getting a puppy next week. I was told to take a old cloth/rag and put a little of the poop on it, when you take it out you put the cloth/rag down and show them this is the place. Good luck!

You don't want poop in the yard, get off your butt and walk the dog. Don't want to be a responsible pet owner? Find a good home for your mutt. He deserves it
