She didn't trust her cause she looked weird? That is not a reason to not trust a person. She should stop being so shallow cause to others your sister may look weird.
Your sister has a lot to learn about people for starters. If this girl is so scary she should have told her she does not give out her number. If this girl calls it and finds out its the wrong number she probably will avoid your sister. It is a shame cause she could miss out of a very excentric person and someone that has qualities that are admirable. Deciding a person is not trustworthy by looks is very shallow. If the girl is that bad and is a person who will start a fight, then your sister better be prepared to back up her reasons. How you back up shallow is beyond my realm.
Maybe she should get to know the person first, stop looking at the outside looks, get an attitude adjustment, or learn to defend herself very well cause in the real world people are all different.

your sister didn't trust her, then why did she insist of giving a number at all?your sister is judging a book by its cover, and that shouldn't be right. People may look all weird, but didn't she get to know her first atleast? Maybe she was asking for some work, or a friend...just try and get to know her, tell your sis.

Maybe the girl wanted her phone number so that if she misses a class she can find out what she missed. why didn't you sister ask her why she wanted her number before randomly giving out the wrong number? I'm sure she'll probably discover eventually the number is wrong and realize that your sister is a *****. I still don't understand why she gave her the wrong number instead of just saying - im not comfortable giving out my number to strangers.

She should not give out her number at all next time. Now she needs to say that her phone got disco from not paying bill and tell the girl that she must have dialed wrong number if she got a person! Then she needs to not make eye contact. I know what you mean sometimes i attract weirdos and truthfully i don't care about making friends. I have my hubby and my daughter and i am happy.

You can't assume this other girl had bad intentions. Just because someone looks weird or looks at you weird doesn't mean there is something there.
However, It is a good idea to be cautious with the friends you make, and with the information you give to strangers.
I recommend that you get your sister to hang around her other friends before, during and after school. Have someone accompany her to and from school and between classes. If she has an older brother, have him show up with her to class for a few days in a row, I'm sure you could arrange that with the teacher. As long as you tell the teacher what is going on, I don't think it will be a problem.
That way if this other girl tries something, she will be outnumbered.

she should say that she doesn't feel comfortable giving her number out to people that she doesn't know. if the girl trys to get physical tell your sister to back off and to stay around a group of people let the girl yell and then tell the teacher that your not comfortable with her in the class and i'm sure he will understand as long as she has witnesses and she remains in the calm she will be in the clear and the rest of her course should be uneventful.

The best thing to do is tell an adult, then sever ties with the girl, if she persists then plz go the police for her peace of mind if nothing else.

I would just say oops, you must have written it down wrong and correct it. Looks can be decieving plus it's not like she can jump through the phone. Chances are if she came up to talk and ask for her number she is friendly.
Good Luck :)

Perhaps maybe she wants to be her friend? It's very worrying that just because someone 'looks weird', your sister assumes that this girl has bad intentions.
