what is true to you may not be true to me and what is true to me may not be true to me. therefore each of us must be weighed by our own belief system.

The Bible is true. So obviously the verse is true. It's a good verse too. Like 100 years later people might think stealing is 'normal' or somthing, but only the Lord can decide. The safest way is to abide by the Scripture.

Every verse in the Bible is true.
KJV Bible reads, "All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes; but the Lord weigheth the spirits."
The Lord is the discerner of motives. God always knows the intents of the heart and mind. We can think everything we do is okay, but God knows for what reason we do what we do or say what we say. And God judges and keeps a record.
God says "he is life" and He says "there is life in the blood." A portion of God is in you.

Our deeds make impressions that are
stamped on quarks at given frequencies.
Science can't prove the quarks belong to
us. However, the frequencies add up to
our awareness of life. And science can
prove that given quarks format with given
frequencies.
Eventually, the impressions we make today,
shape our tomorrow. Thus, our motives are
truly weighed by the Lord.

Yes, because no one does anything until they can justify it themself. Later, one may regret or feel remorse for doing it but at the moment it is justified. No one kills a man without motive, even if that motive is because being evil is so much fun, that is still justification.
Only God's justification is true. But like before, no one does anything because they simply accept it as their duty they must justify it themself and therefore put their motives before God's.
Isaiah 64:6
All of us have become like one who is unclean, and all our righteous acts are like filthy rags; we all shrivel up like a leaf, and like the wind our sins sweep us away.

If you translated that verse into KJV; I believe it would say something like: "The ways of a man is right in is own eyes; but God tryeth the heart."
Yes it's true, everybody thinks their way is right, but becuase all have sinned, the wages of sin is death; so God sees that the end of what we do results in death, in not very good things. This is why we strive to be more and more like Christ, becuase Christ will not lead us astray and will not lead us to death; but to life.

I believe it is true. Man may do good with wrong motives which makes it wrong in Gods eyes

Yes it is true. To man he can justify anything. i like how it is translated in the NASB where it uses "clean" instead of "innocent". Man always has a way of justifying his actions to be 'clean' but God know the Heart.
Thats the beauty of God He is deeply personal!

Oh absolutely. Without the Holy Spirit to guide my thoughts, I can rationalize every sin I commit. It is our natural way to lie to ourselves and fully believe it. But God sees the heart for what it really is and He can help us face truth.

Not in the least.
Every single day people do things that they know are evil and not innocent. It's just silly beyond belief.
