Not at all. Waiting for sex until you're married is perfectly fine in my opinion, you should always respect other people's wishes (especially if you care for them!) Living together before you marry is a great idea, in my opinion. I would insist on it, personally.

You don't truly know someone until you live with them. Their habits, their quirks... Those type of things only become apparent once they are near you 24/7. Having a boyfriend and having sex don't go hand in hand- they can, but they don't -have- to. If you care for him romantically he's not just a roommate, simply because you don't have sex.

There's nothing wrong-depending on how old you are. If you're, like, 15, then there's no reason why you should leave your parents' house so soon. If you're 20, then it's okay. Obviously because you're getting married then it's okay because you seem to have a plan of staying together for a long time.

No there nothing wrong with living with your boyfriend as long as you both can provide for yourself its nobody elses business, dont let anyone make you feel quilty and the people are going to say its wrong because of the bible , they need to get over themselves. good luck to you
