well,theres this guy i have known for 4 months and we are friends,we met at an after school activity.
he has a girlfriend of 3 months.
he says to me as in hinting or something, "i dont get hugs that often,i dont know why" and then sorta laughed
so i gave him a hug then he gave me one, do you think he likes me, just being friendly or am i over thinking?

He's probably being friendly and likes you as well. Now when you say he has a gf......does that mean another girl who is his friend, or are they going together exclusively? There IS a difference. At any rate, if he's interested in taking your friendship further, I believe it's up to him. You may soon be pleasantly surprised. ;)

He probably just wanted a hug. A lot of people crave physical contact. If he's interested, let him get rid of the girlfriend and actually pursue you before you act.

with guys like dat sometimes you can never tell if he really likes you...cuz he can easily just be a very friendly person ya know so ya wether he likes you or not i think you need to be careful cuz he does gota gurl and you know bout dem kinda problems so ya....

He is checking your interest. May work into something more, or just likes your body.
