He registered not too long ago and is already at Level 5. He doesn't answer questions. I have no clue who or what he is.
Though i have reported him at least 10 times.

He's a bot that was thrown in here to gum up the works. How else has he gotten 5000 points in 3 days. Just keep reporting him and they'll eventually find and boot him.

Yeah, he's answered something like 2600 questions with not a single best answer. After his mouse finger wears out, he'll maybe discover that points don't mean much.
