I have hair on my underarms so it's obvious that I need to PLUCK it, cause I have no time nor money to buy waxing etecteras so what should I do in plucking or what should I do to get rid or prevent this, CHICKEN skin (pimple-like whatevers or rough skin becuase of plucking)

Why don't you look into laser hair removal?

Instead of plucking why don't you wax? It's alot faster and the hair grows back slower. Use a lotion that is recommended with the waxer. There's one that is specifically for no bumps.
