Are we talking your 23 and she's 19? or are we talking your 26 and she's 16?
I would say that you should NOT date someone under aged. If you truly care for her be her friend until she is mature enough and legal enough to make the choice to take it to the next level.
The law doesn't care about your feelings, if you could go to jail for it, stay away.

It's funny that most girls here will say "No" when it's usually the girls who seek out to date much older men. Ah, the hypocracy.
If he's 18 or 20 and the girl is 16 or 17, were is the problem? So what if the law says no, if the two people have been dating since they were younger, their age doesn't change their love if they're still together when they get much older.

hey someone told me the perfect age for a girl to be dated is divide your age by 2 then add seven so if your 18 16 is the age thats good for the girl so ya its ok ! good luck

Always stick to the three year rule.
You should want someone on the same level as yourself.
Not too young because then the maturity level decreases.

Dating is typically ok for underage persons. However, when it turns to sex, thats the issue. It depends on which state you live in and your ages.

1-5 years is perfectly normal
but I think above 8 years, is a little weird

well it all depends. if there is live a 4 or 5 year age difference then i really DONT think so.

depends on how much of a difference, if you guys are like 2 years apart then not really but more of a difference is kinda sick unless you are both older but i take it one of you is underage so....
