Chuck Norris IS NOT SHOTOKAN. Sorry. He is Tang So Do. I have met him personally a couple times and know one of his top teachers Chuck Merriman in Massachussettes.
Steve McQueen studied with Bruce Lee, not Shotokan.
I personally am not aware of any MAJOR celebrities that hold rank in Shotokan, the only one I can think of possibly but I think he is Goju Ryu and that is Wesley Snipes.

I remember hearing Howard Stern say he was a student in shotokan Karate. He was a brown belt at the time, that was like 2 years ago.
