My boyfriend is going through a lot of work stress right now. I offered to visit, but he just wanted to be alone. I let him know that I'm here to listen and will help him anyway that I can. I want to give him space to deal with the issue, but I feel like I should be doing more.

Do you think I've done enough? Is there anything more I can do without adding to his stress?

Just an addition, we were talking at 11 pm after he had a long day and we live 45 minutes apart, which is why he said no to company last night.

Yeah you've done enough, don't over do it with the trying to help out cause if he already told you he'll be ok leave it at that. He most likely don't want to think about it when he's not there so help keep it off his mind. If it starts getting to the point when he never wants to be bothered you might consider evaluating your relationship.

Or just give him more sex; mostly oral

hmmmm normally i would say, you have done great, you already let him know he can count on you.... but my concern is even when a man is understress and wants to be alone, he still wants to have his favorite woman by his side... So where does that put you? I would go on one of those nights he wants to be alone.. and take a bottle of wine, and tell him , its time to sleep, if he lets you in then all is okay, if he does no let you in, then, he might have company.
