assuming you are from singapore, you might not be able to take a budget tour as it is school holidays and festive seasons now, what you can do is, just go to the neighbourhood country like malaysia or Indonesia. less than 300 and you can enjoy yourself. you can go to their relevant website and check it out.

well , you can go to dubai , the fastest growing city at the time , it has a huge variety of hotels , spas , bars , pubs , and also no forgetting the amazing desert safari trips that every body loves , and also the ice skiing resort , every one comes to dubai loves it allot .
if you don't know it , its a city in the united Arab emirates .
it has a big percentage of foreigners in its population,
there is allot of British and American people , and westerners in general .and the bigger foreign part is the south Asian .
any way the city is clean beautiful safe and amazing .
it mixes between the Arabian hospitality and the modern lifestyle .
