Thinking about getting my legs waxed for the first time, so I've gone without shaving for almost a month. Can it get too long to wax successfully?

No. I had surgery and didn't shave my legs for months (I know gross!) because I couldn't. I finally had them wax with no trouble. It hurt more. Also, the first time I had a bikini wax, the hair had never been shaved or waxed before and they did not trim it down. Again, it hurt more when it was longer.

Best of luck.

I don't know but i know they can be too short to way
i think you can wax them even if they are too long but it would hurt a lot and not be very practical
imagine waxing your hair

Hi A Nobody, Yes it can. Some peoples hair grow very fast, and this can be a problem when waxing.Try to wax every 2 weeks, and see if that works out for you.

No, it is actually easier to wax longer hair. When the waxing paper covers more hair surface, it makes it easier to pull.

Well, i wouldn't wax it at all because if you do, it might get darker or grow more. I personally don't believe that the leg hair might grow darker, but you can bleach it with blonde if you want, it would be hardly noticeable.

I think a month is very enough for you to start waxing. Start now or it'll be very painful later.

well when the hair is really short..its kinda of hard to get the hair from the roots..but when the hair is long at times it could get the hair from the roots but also sometimes the leg hairs might break b/c of its long length.

yes, before going call the salon you want to go to and ask them how long you should go without shaving beforehand that should give you a better idea but everyone's hair grows differently
