This is nothing more then a fad diet. It's great if you want to become a yo-yo dieter! This is someone who wants to lose weight, does, then gains it all back, and then repeats this whole process.

This diet will probably cause some weight loss due to caloric restrictions. Most of the weight loss will be water, and muscle mass, and maybe some fat. And it will be temporary.
