How can I preserve crepes?

I have to make and bring some in on wensday. I don't have time to make them the day of or the day before, so can I preserve them?

Seperate them with waxed paper then place in a zipper bag (get all the air out).
Refridgerate for a few days or freeze.
I've done this for years and they are fine when ready for use.

Crepes can be refrigerated for few days, stacked and covered with plastic wrap. Cool them completely before stacking and covering.

wrap them in the proper kind of freezer package and freeze them .
