I really like this girl that works at my hospital but I don't know if she likes me. I never have a problem picking up girls but when it comes to her it seems like a big challenge. She's got it all, the looks, the hair, the eyes, the personality, a great heart for people. I am afraid I will just scare her away, we just say hi to each other and that's it. What do I do?

see? you just created your own mental block. if you've never had problems picking up girls (u may want to try a real WOMAN one day) so why should things be different in this case? u won't get vey far just sayin' "hi" so say something else. maybe even start a conversation. if nothing else, you can talk about your jobs at the hospital and see where things go from there.

Big Mac...lol. Dating co-workers is not a good idea. When things don't work out it makes things very complicated - unless you have already thought of that and are willing to take that chance. Ask her if she wants to get some coffee. It's casual and not really a date technically. If she says no - she's not into you and you shouldn't force things. After a while she may change her mind - let her come to you. If she says yes....feel out the conversation and if things go well - you can ask her to dinner. No movies on a first date - talking is better. Good luck to you....

Strike up a convo and go from there. How can you even be sure you're that interested in her unless you actually talk to her? :) It's simple, you won't scare her away. Just talk about normal stuff, maybe something you find funny, but not offensive. Keep the conversation light: don't talk about religion or politics, and DON'T talk about work! Well unless you have to.

Open you mouth and say something more than hi. Start a conversation if it's nothing but work related or about the whether. You are ladies' man, you know what to say. Just take a deep breath and try not to say anything stupid.

If she does have everything then you should try to hang out with her more. The casual hi every day is a great way to start a relationship.
If she does have every thing I bet other guys will try to get her too so just be your kind and maybe handsome self.

jus start by becoming friends and gradually get to know her. eventually she will warm up to u and then u can ask her out on a date. ask her to go to a bar for a drink or ask her to a nice resturant. DONT go to fast on the first date. Jus talk and listen. if all goes really well, u can give her a small goodnight peck on the lips. but thats it. after the second or third date, u guys can go farther but the thing is to wait.

Try starting a conversation with her n get 2 know her then maybe eventually she'll hve 2 start liking u n then u can ask her out.

well i know ur probaly scared but just ask her whats shes doing sutime and if she says nothing then ask her if she would like to go out and eat dinner with you and if she says yes then when u pick her up bring flowers and chocolate ((((girls like that))))

try talking to her, get to know her and then just casually maybe mention a movie or supper or even maybe find out if she is already spoken for too thats always good to know!!! ;) good luck
