I don't know how you can live on this earth (assuming you have all your senses and faculties) and not know that only God could have created the universe, not some accidental coincidence. And how could something come into being out of nothing? It all had to start somewhere--and only an eternal God is the most logical answer. I think the belief in the basic existence of God is based mainly on reasoning and has litle to do with faith or religion--that's a whole different subject.
However, that being said, even ignoring the facts, I think that everyone has a certain void or emptiness or "something missing" that only God can fill.

The question is not that God exists, because clearly he does. The question is, what evidence do you have to say that he DOES NOT exist?
There is no doubt that God exists. Not only that, he has a name. Just as you and I have a name (whether its John, Tiffany, Lisa, whatever). Psalm 83:18 says that God's personal name is Jehovah and he is the "Most High over all the earth."
Have you been to the zoo lately? If not, pay yourself a visit. The varying species of animals, the fish, snakes, lizards, cats, birds, etc. There are so many species of fish that it would take many lifetime to know them all. How many of you knew of the Tufted Titmouse bird? These animals did not come just by chance. They were created by Jehovah God.
Have you ever woke up due to a rooster's morning call. If you ever traveled and lodged near a farm, there is no need for an alarm clock. In fact, a rooster's call is more dependable than an alarm clock. We may forget to set it, but the rooster never forgets its morning call. Yes, they too have a purpose. There is nothing that Jehovah created that does not have a purpose.
Isn't it amazing how we (humans) are the only species that was created with free will. It would have been very easy for Jehovah to create us like robots and be programmed. However, Jehovah wanted us to be happy and gave us that gift of free will. Hence, free will does come with consequences. Just think of what Adam and Eve did in choosing to disobey God. Do you see them walking the earth today?
Take a look at your human body. Every organ has a purpose (even the appendix). Every part of the body has a function and therefore connects to each other. Just image if your head was where your stomach was, your feet where your arms and hands are or your pelvic area where our head currently is. Someone designed that. That person is Jehovah.
Revelation 4:11 says "You are worthy, Jehovah, even our God, to receive the glory and the honor and the power, because you created all things, and because of your will they existed and were created.”
For further emphasis, just take a look at some of "man's inventions." The airplane best resembles a bird, who can fly up in the air for long periods of time. Yet, an airplane can only stay up for so long, since pilots are guiding it. Hence, the pilots cannot do a 360' turn in the sky, for it can cause injury to the passengers, but birds can with ease. Still, man receives all the credit.
Surely, an engineer who designs a safer, more efficient aircraft wing would deserve to receive credit for his design.
In fact, a manufacturer who copies someone else's design, but fails to acknowledge or credit the designer may be viewed as a criminal. Just as a student who writes someone else's words in his or her paper as their own is guilty of plagiarism and can be expelled from school, work, wherever.
Therefore, let's give credit when credit is due. How would you like it if you spent all of your time, energy and resources and found a cure for cancer, but the credit and the patent went to someone else who had no part of the process. How would you feel? You would be very upset.
Just think how upset Jehovah God gets when people do not give him the credit he deserves. Doubting whether or not Jehovah God exists should not even be a question.
As the saying goes, some of the answers to our most complicated questions could be "right in front of our faces," We see God's creations everyday, but take little time to notice it.

this world could not have been created by one single unicellular organisms that evolve into the different species that we have in our planet. Just for instance look at a single ant, how complex is a single ant, now see the human body how complex we are, do you really think that we came form a monkey or something like that.; I believe in a God that created this world for a reason and let the laws of life rule, I don't think he is bugging us everyday of our lives, we make of our life what we want and that is it I believe in a God because there is no way we come form a freaking cell to the people we era now. God bless AMERICA!!!!!!!!!!

When I accepted him into my life as my Savior - everything changed. My heart found peace and enthusiasm for life, life made sense and I knew who I was and where I am going. And he has done so many amazing, wonderful things in my life that it would take hours to list them.
Can I show God to you? No.
But more than anything I know I know that he is real, wonderful and with me.

no one has seen the wind, but everyone has felt the effects of the wind, therefore the wind exists. GOD is like the wind. all one has to do is look at the glories and wonders in the Heavens and Earth to see GOD'S Handiwork. however, GOD HIMSELF like the wind remains invisible to human being's 5 senses while on this plane of existence. do not expect this to convince non - believers however for me this description is satisfactory

Anybody who says they "know" god exists doesn't know the meaning of the word "know."
They are either ignorant and really don't understand the meaning of the word, they understand they're using it wrong and don't care, or they're intentionally using it wrong to give more weight to their beliefs than they deserve.
Fact: You do NOT "know" god exists.
You may believe it with all your heart, but you do not know. Go look it up.

If you are really serious about this and really want to know ask jesus to come into your heart and live then you will know. I did it and sure don't regret it for one second. Don't worry how other people feel about it because they don't know either if they haven't asked him.

Because I redefined what I meant by "God" to mean "the natural universe". Its kind of hard to deny that the natural universe exists.

Just think about where did everything come from..
I also know because I went on a spiritual retreat and I had a weird feeling that someone was making me company all the time.
