Teachers are supposed to be setting an example. If they don't do anything about students cussing then they will get away with it and even the student who normally don't say stuff like that will be tempted to say it because that is how the young's mind works.
As for the hangover, they would have a headache and stuff, they aren't exactly drunk but they can't really understand what is going around them. If it ever happened somebody should tell the principle (their boss), and ask them to let them have the day off. It isn't illigal for them to be drinking but you should not come to school after you have been drunk all night.
And the Patriot is rated R and most principles have a problem with letting students see PG-13 movies.

I think their behaviour should be reported to someone senior, by a parent Teachers are supposed to set an example They are 'in loco parentis' in other words, they are taking care of you when your parents or guardians are not there, and should uphold the standards of behaviour generally accepted by society as being appropriate when in charge of a young person This teacher's behaviour may be amusing, but I doubt that you will look back on your time with them and think that you learned anything other than how NOT to behave. Make notes, including dates and times, of when this teacher misbehaves, (so that it can be checked) and tell someone (preferably a parent or member of the PTA or Governors' committee) Make sure you don't exaggerate, just state the facts. They can then report this behaviour and have it investigated properly, by the correct methods.

No teacher should show that kind of inappropriate behavior they are suppose to be role models. I would make a complaint to the board of education if it happens again or if it really disturbs the students in the class.

Yes. The teacher is there to do a job. They should keep there personal life at home where it belongs.
