is it legal to drop your kids off at a mall with a bunch of their friends unchaperoned? and if all the kids are 13 or older?

yes its legal maybe not morally right but malls dont care how they make their money but only how much they make

I don't know if it is legal or not but I wouldn't do it even if it were. The mall is not a day care center for older children, the retail/restaurant staffs are not there to watch YOUR responsiblities.

No if they was like 10 or under but 13 and up is okay and all.adn that is okay and iall i did it at like 11 and up though as long as your kids are good not bad and really staying there but they will sneak off and leave with boys and all

depends on the malls rules. our mall stopped letting children hangout at the mall and thank God. they were loud, everywhere, and were bad for business. now they have to have an adult with them unless they are 16.

Some malls dont allow it as a safety precaution.

But i dont believe its considered ilegal.

Regardless of the age of your children, you are responsible for them and their actions until they are 18.
