I understand what you are talking about because my dog ate some chocolate on Halloween. But when I call my vet she said that the dog has an upset stomach. She said give him rice with boil chicken for about 2 or 3 days. And he got better!!!

Your dog has gotten sick in the house. I don't understand the rest of the question, "he has been using it in the house". If a dog throws up typically its because he has a stomach ache. He could have a cold or if he's been holding his urine or his feces long enough because no ones taken him out to the bathroom that would cause him to throw up to. If he keeps throwing up call your vet. They'll probably prescribe a very bland diet like some boiled chicken breast and white rice or they can give you some prescription dog food. It costs about $2 per can but the dogs love it and it helps their stomach feel better.

Take the dog to the vet. You cannot possibly diagnose what's wrong by asking people on here unless you're lucky enough to hear from a vet. tech or veterinarian.
If the dog means a lot to you, it's best to have it professionally examined.
