I am learning about it too and have already decided, no more regualr tea and no more coffee.
Green tea has no caffeine as far as know.
If I want some caffeine, I eat chocolate which is also a good thing, also full of antioxidants (the dark one) and proved to help the brain think you are happy, which in turn makes everything easier to be reasoned.
Whenever I want to drink something hot, it's green tea.
What I've read is that green tea has a lot more antioxidants than others, but to get get the best benefit you need at least four cups a day, no sugar.
Just boil the water on microwave (just to the point it boils, no more), and then drop the tea sac on the cup, leave it for up to a minute, no more.
With 4 or more cups a day, there are reserchers who have tested for reduced cancer cells.
Making this a habit for years, will eventually keep you from getting cancer, or at least keep your system much younger than it would without it.

I just bought a bunch of green tea yesterday! It is LOADED with anti-oxidants, is extremely useful in fighting the Human T-cell leukemia virus infection ("HTLV") and may also be useful in fighting the HIV infection. The main thing is the anti-oxidants - it helps to prevent the onset of cancer.

It has antioxidants. I've heard it flushes you out.

You brew it the way your brew a normal cup of tea. I've never heard anything to the contrary.

same benefit to both, and you would have to drink 10+ cups a day to get any benefit. most of this is a marketing scam.
