Oh, so you have to go to court to beat a no insurance ticket? LOL I would say the best bet is to have your parents add you onto their policy for a few days. Yes, you can be an adult and be on your parents policy. My 23 year old son is on mine.

You can't. The normal minimum policy period is 6 months. You could take out a policy and then cancel it if you only truly needed 4 days worth of coverage.
