That may mean she is nervous around you and hence she shows some affection for you. Go for it if you like her.

Everything is body language. In fact, the absence of movement could be a message. The trick is understanding what is meant. If a girl does the behavior you mentioned only when certain guys are near her, it must mean she finds these guys attractive and is nervous. Or she could just be pretending to be sweet and innocent.

Body language is a type of language used to send the message along with oral communications.
Some times body language will be against the oral communication.
Other times, it is in addition to the verbal communication.

I do that when I'm all alone. It is difficult to say. You can tell if she becomes self conscience or if she holds eye contact for over three full seconds with you. Also, a tilt of the head when speaking to you is a definite sign.

obviously, this does not seem to be body language. she is looking on the ground and does not seem to be communicating with anybody by gestures or beckoning et al
