OLD----DRINK PLENTY OF WATER EAT ONLY 2 HOT DOGS 4 TIMES A DAY ...YOU MAY ALSO HAVE ICEBERG PICKLES (QUARTER SLICED LONG WAYS) 1 - -- 4 TIMES A DAY WITH YOUR HOT DOGS NO BUN , NO BREAD, MUSTARD OKAY...DRINK ABOUT 8 GLASSES OF WATER MINIMUM...THIS DIET SETS UP A KETONE SITUATION WHICH FLUSHES FAT OUT OF YOUR BODY QUICKLY ....PEOPLE USED TO DO THIS FOR 10 DAYS AND THEN EAT ALONG WITH THIS A 15 OZ. CAN OF GREEN BEANS TWICE A DAY....PLENTY OF WATER OR IT WON'T BE HEALTHY BECAUSE OF THE KETONES.....YOU CAN ADD FRESH LEMON TO THE WATER...NO SWEETNERS....THE WEIGHT WILL COME OFF LIKE MAD--OKAY TO USE 8 TO A LB. It's without the bun and It's not a good diet. Matter of fact, I tried it and my doctor advise to stop because hot dogs are high in fat and calories. It's the fat that's bad for you.

If you are going on a diet you shouldn't be eating hot dogs at all.. it's really not healthy..
