I don't like the "foil-wrapped" grilling method. What's the point of cooking the fish on the grill if it's gonna be wrapped up and protected from those wonderful smoky and charcoal flavors? You might as well cook it in the oven if you're gonna do this. For delicate fish, grill it on a vegetable basket so it doesn't stick or fall through the grill grates.
I think the best grilling fish are the meatier, thicker fillets or steaks, like Swordfish, Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Grouper, etc. I season both sides with a dry rub and coat lightly with oil. Cook like a normal steak. Delicious.

Wrap salmon in tinfoil with some fresh herbs and butter. That always turns out pretty good.
Most fish is too delicate to put directly on the grill. But if you had something more stable, like a yellowfin tuna steak, you could probably put it right on the grill.

To be on the safe Side put the Fish on Aluminum-Foil.
And always cook 'em away from the Heat.
If you want to add some Flavor get a Plank of a special kind of Wood (specialy with Salmon) and make the Fish on that.

The coals come out of the bag black, and they are going to make your nutrition style wonderful and smoky, yet you ought to warmth them till they are white and coated in ash before they are warm adequate to cook nutrition perfect. That procedure calls for some lighter fluid and may take 40-50 minutes before you're prepared to cook, so enable the right time. reliable success! Grilling with charcoal is large.

two ways either place dill ,butter, salt pepper in cavity ,make a parcel in tin foil add wine or pernod seal and place on grill,or use a "steaky" fish like sword or tuna ,oil season and cook uncovered on grill.my favorite is whole mackeral covered in a devil spice sauce containing dry mustard, chilli flakes, worcester sauce and a little tomatoe puree, rub into fish and cook over open grill

You can cook it in wrapped foil. Just dry the fish off and put butter and lemon and seasonings and herbs in and make a pouch.
