If you increase fat it is hard to decrese it.Its not better to increse fat.The best idea is to eat more protein food and work out in the gym.You can build muscles.

dont move and eat all the pizza cake and greasy french fries loaded with cheese that you can handle when done repeat process until the fat of your body is rolling over the sides of the couch
