First things first. They can't just put you up for adoption. You are their child and most states wont let that happen, especially if you live in a home that meets the states standards. Meaning they are non-abusive parents, food, clothing, utilities, roof over your head etc.
They are trying to use scare tactic to make you behave. Quit being mean to your sister and that should solve the threats they are giving you.
Now depending on your ages, maybe your sister has learned to play your parents and you getting the blame. She probably thinks it is fun for you to be in trouble.
Try not talking to her for any reason and also hang out in different areas of you home. Talk to your parents and tell them you are going to do this first, that way when your sister starts to be annoyed by the lack of communication from you she wont be able to tattle to you parents.
Good Luck, but the adoption thing is just a threat to make you listen to them.

i'm from the U.S. and that i do not imagine it is nice. A married couple must have each and every precise to positioned their youngsters up for adoption. What if the girl receives pregnant on coincidence and they don't look financially solid to help a baby? they'd could improve this baby, get yet another activity that would soak up more beneficial hours contained in the day so the youngster is going to could flow to daycare for perchance more beneficial than 8 hours an afternoon which will value more beneficial funds (in spite of the undeniable fact that i don't recognize how that is in Irelant yet it is the way it could be contained in the US). How will the youngster do in college or will his drained mothers and fathers have sufficient potential to coach him on his homework at the same time as at the same time hunting for foodstuff for dinner? a pair who needs to positioned up more beneficial than one baby up for adoption would make us balk because why did they have youngsters contained in the first position yet in the adventure that they experience that they could't take care of them adoption may be the perfect determination merely so they get the prospect to flow to a kin which will love them. Adoption isn't rather and it could be fairly traumatizing in spite of the undeniable fact that the alternative could no longer be denied to human beings because no longer each and every adoption is the same. it truly is unhappy that no count the position we flow, the authorities tries to make us stay our lives a particular way.

they are not going to really give you up for adoption just because you fight with your sister. I got into huge screaming punching matches with my little sister, and we never were afraid of being put up for adoption...although, my mom told us we were going to be sent to the gypsies. But main thing...never happened! So dont stress. Just be a good kid.

Although they can legally give you to the State to raise, I think they were trying to put the fear of God into you. Whatever your doing to your little sister, stop right now. As an older brother your suppose to love and protect her, not torment her to death. If she is really bothering you, close your door and put a chair against it to keep her out. Then tell your parents when they are available.

Are you sure they are serious?? I used to threaten my kids with that when they would stress me out! :) I never wanted to or intended to, I just wanted them to quit irritating each other and ME! I don't know your family situation, but I bet they might be just trying to get you to treat your little sister better, and trying to get your attention. If they are serious..... then I think there needs to be some serious counseling! I don't think Human Services will let a parent put their kid up for adoption just cause they are irritating their siblings. Now if there is serious problems like physical violence and lots of emotional abuse and a kid is just completely out of control.... they might let the parent do a foster home thing for their kid. I do hope your parents are not serious. And I do hope you can work things out with them. Talk to your counselor at school immediately. They will help and can help get your family counseling if needed. Do Not Be Afraid To Talk To Teachers and Counselors at School! They will help! Let me know how this works out for you, o.k.???

siblings always fight but if you are the older one then act like it and be kind to your sister. it's a part of growing up but being mean is not. i'm surprised your parents don't understand this and why would any parent want to put their own child up for adoption is beyond me.

Your parents won't do that. They're just threatening you to make you realize what you're doing isn't nice. Little sisters are supposed to be annoying - trust me - I am one (I've grown up, though) It's just part of life that we all go through - big sisters are bossy, little brothers are pests - we all have our roles. Be glad that you have a family - and smile!

Be nicer to your sister or you can go and live in a homeless shelter. I'll be nice to you, I'll adopt you if you get a job and help pay the bills.
