Well, That's very nice of you to make such a sweet and generous offer. Just say that You will do your best to be there for her, remember say DO YOUR BEST TO BE THERE because there may be time when you will not be able too, OK?
So she will know that you really mean it, and not be mad if sometimes you can't help out, because then she will accuse you of going back on your promise. I'm sure you like her and you are trying to do your best, so good luck to you,

By being there. The only way to really gain her trust is to be there when she needs you. There's no one magic thing you can do to give her this impression - instead, it's a reputation you build with her slowly, by listening and making time for her and taking her side.
