It really depends of what causes your nausea, but eating simple foods, like dry toast or crackers, should calm your stomach. Whenever i'm nauseous, i nibble on a piece of bread and it always makes me feel better. Also, certain herbal teas should calm your stomach. I've heard that ginger root tea and peppermint tea are the best for this. hope this helps!

It depends on the cause. In all cases, the
first line of treatment should always be non-pharmaceutical. Try a very warm shower or bath. This could kick your parasympathetic nervous system into effectively "ignoring" the nausea. Antihistamines (Benadryl or Dramamine)
might very well help if the warmth treatment does not. If you still have severe nausea after taking an antihistamine, you may want to go to the doctor. He or she may prescribe Phergan, Reglan, Zofran, or whatever anti-emetic is most appropriate. Remember though, if you do not already know, you should figure out first of all what is causing this nausea.

Depends on what is causing the nauseousness. If it is a digestive problem, try sipping some ginger tea. Boil 6-8 ounces of water and steep 1 tea bag for 15 minutes.
Listed below are some brand names of high quality tea available at a good health food store or supermarket.

There are medical answers to this. There are rectal inserts that may be prescribed if you have no medical "problems". At times, our stomach acid is not right. In such an instance (even pregnant women) can take 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to a cup of water and sip the mixture. This should assist with the nausea and/or loose stools. Have a great holiday!

Ginger is a remedy for naussea, you can get it in capsules at your local drugstore. Also soda crackers help calm your stomach. If you have a serious giganto naussea I suggest COLA SYRRUP , also found in your local drugstore, it is a miracle worker.
