well You could start off with a candel light dinner or take her to the beach and when you feel the time is right look at her in the eyes and tell her that u love her

Take her out to a very nice, cozy, romantic restaurant. Make sure you order some bubbly champagne, like maybe Asti Spumanti.
Usually women will slip away and go to the restroom while out to dinner.
While she is away, slip a diamond ring into her glass of champagne. It does not to have to be a super expensive diamond ring. Even a $150.00 ring would be great. When she comes back, then just watch for her to pick up the glass and she will see it either she is taking the glass to her lips or for sure when she begins to sip.
She will be shocked. When she takes the ring out of her champagne glass and looks at you, at that time, tell her "I love you."
It will be a moment she will never forget.

Ask her to go to a party or something with you. Get her a nice little inexpensive gift. At the end of the night tell her you really enjoyed the evening and tell her that you like her a lot. Whatever you do....do not just blurt out i love you. You might scare her away.

First of all are you dating her? Is she interested at all in you. Where do you stand right now. I have know people to get freaked out because someone out of the blue told them they loved them. You first have to ask her out on a date and drop hints. Then you go from there and once it feels good you just say it. But you have to have dated for a little bit

You don't tell her you love her. But you ask her out and date her. so that she can find out if she loves you. Give her space to grow to love you. It is hard I know but you need to take it slow and easy. Pace yourself and be kind to her, she will get the message. You will find the right time to tell her. If you come on so strong, you will just scare her away.

It depends on how well she knows you...... if you're close to her, don't be too afraid to just say it...... if you're not...... why not ask her out ..... maybe for drinks or something. it's really not that hard. It would be better if you were able to get her out of her element, just the two of you, in a restaraunt, etc.
