Give me a break, doing friendly things with or for siblings is normal but to run out and buy you an apple is a rediculous thing for you to expect.
Just because you really want one... So what!
Why dont you figure our how to buy one for yourself, you would probably feel better about it anyway.

no it wouldn't hurt her at all, but are you closer to the apple, but want her to wait on you? if that is the case get up and get the apple yourself!
maybe do an exchange thing, like if she gets you the apple, you will get her something she wants.
nothing is free in this life, even family relationships

If she wants to and can afford it why not?...I would not want anyone to give me a gift that would be tough for them $ wise...but if she wants to then enjoy it!!! Don't forget to be really thankful.
