Well, you calorie level is fine and your workouts, although probably excessive, are fine as well.
To know if your diet is actaully healthy, you'd need to list what those 1200 calories per day are made up of!

yes i think it is, if your bmi is the normal weight then there is nothing to worry about, 100 crunches sounds a bit extreme to me but it depends on how fit you want to be. If you're happy with what you look like then carry on!

1200 calories is a bit low try 1600 or 1800 instead besides that your weight is perfect don't worry to much about it.
