I'm not sure about that specific model, but I've owned two different cyber shot's and I wouldn't buy anything else.

The Casio makes use of an SD card which run from $10 to $30 and that Casio has alot extra large helpful factors..

I bought Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-H2 on Nov 1st this year and I love it. It though is not a subcompact but it does have 6 megapixels and 12X optical.
