Can anyone refer me to a website that will create a recipe once you submit the available ingredients?

For example, today I want to make breakfast. I don't have any eggs, but I do have sausage, some cabbage, bell pepper, Caprisun, and main seasonings, like sugar and salt. Maybe later, I'll only have bread and cabbage. I would think a website would exist for busy people like me that likes the idea of cooking, but is usually too busy to do much.
