That's just how it is and you'll have to put up with it. Your neighbor doesn't have control over who they sell their house to -- there are laws that prevent discrimination in real estate transactions as long as the buyer makes an acceptable offer. You could sell your house and move someplace else, but the same thing will eventually happen again. There can be Asian neighborhoods, Mexican neighborhoods, black neighborhoods and middle eastern neighborhoods -- but when it's a white neighborhood it won't stay that way for long and white people who don't like it can't do anything about it without being labeled racists. Other ethnic groups see no problem with "Black Pride" and "Latino Pride" -- but "White Pride" seems to be a problem to everyone else. Why is that and why is that fair?

Go and vandalise thier car so they know what a nieghbourhood they could be living in and that racist people are about.
It´ll be better for you and them in the long run.
Of course you could miss a great oppertunity to learn about another culture, taste wierd and wonderfull food and hear moaning muslim prayers going on all in some times of the day.

Don't get me wrong I think you could be over reacting just a little.
Having what you call pakis next door isn't that bad my grandad has had pakis for neighbours for the last twenty years and it's very rear that you will see them or hear them in-fact some might say their the best sort of neighbours to have. But hay the house ain't sold yet so don't panic!.
