Yeah I saw mushed up food come out of her mouth. As she was was done spitting up all of her food she started to eat it again. Why would she do that she knows there is food and water in her dish if she's hungry. Is my cat sick? What should I do?

Your cat is eating its vomit b/c it smells the food in it, its the same reason why some animals eat their waste! Some times cats vomit b/c of their hair balls, and it only happends rght after they have eaten, your cat is prob fine, just keep and eye on her!

Contact a nearest vet because it look like a serious problem similar occured with my cat but with in few days it got curred

I have seen other animals do that it may just be a thing that some animals do I would ask the vet.
